Happy Mother’s Day to all of those celebrating in the US! Today’s post is short and sweet, as I have a gift that I’d like to offer you. For years, I’ve been looking for a daily morning practice that I could do consistently. For me this means it has to be short and sweet, yet still effective. I believe I’ve finally come up with one, and I’d like to share it with you. There’s an audio version, in case you like to design your day while driving or right after meditation. There’s also a PDF version for those of you who love to write out your intentions every day. I hope you enjoy them!
