You’ve gone through therapy and are feeling great about the work you’ve done and all of the growth you’ve experienced. When you look around at your life, you don’t see any glaring “issues” or problems to be worked through any longer. Things are relatively good – they are just not quite as good as you would like them to be.
You are someone who is committed to creating your dream life, and you likely thought by the time you were done with therapy, you’d have that dream life. And you don’t – not quite. Nothing is wrong, except this nagging feeling feeling that life could be way more fun.
Here’s the thing – therapy required your strength, resilience, courage, insight and determination to keep going. All of these elements – including a certain amount of grit – were critical to facing the types of things you faced.
The only problem is that sometimes we get into that mode of “doing hard work” and stay there. Your dream life is not found somewhere down the road of “doing hard work.” Your dream life is found in the choices you make to enjoy today.
The thing is – you know that, I know that, but it doesn’t mean there is some switch you can flip in your system from “doing hard work” mode to “loving today.” There is a transition there, and it can take some time and attention to really “get it.”
Making this type of change in your life is fun and way easier than you can imagine – to understand why/how that can be true, let me share with you a metaphor:
Your Life as a House
When you arrive on the planet, you choose your soul’s land for this lifetime. Each person’s soul’s land is unique and contains the blueprint for who they are and what they love in this life.
Your soul’s land is perfect for you, but you need shelter to live and interact with the world. This is what I call your house – the social constructs that allow you to relate to others and the world. In an ideal world, your house perfectly suits your soul’s land in design, style, size, etc.
Trauma of any kind can severely interfere with the building process, leaving us with varying degrees of shacks.
Therapy is the process of tearing down what doesn’t work…
and rebuilding it to suit your soul’s land.
The only problem with this is that we often expect to have a complete, fully furnished, decorated house when we are done with therapy, and this is almost never the case. Therapy gives us the key foundation, support and framing to create the type of beautiful house we desire.
We often dream that when we’re done, we’ll stroll into our (metaphorical) living room, and find it almost exactly as we’d like:
When the reality is that you may have ended up giving very little thought to your finishing decoration, focusing only on creating a solid structure. You may not have thought about paint, or floor choices.
You may not have actually hung your artwork, just leaned it up against a wall and hoped it stayed. You may have accepted the hideous blinds because they were cheap. You may have thrown in your old dorm furniture, so grateful to finally have a place to sit after all of the construction.
And there’s nothing particularly wrong with the room…it’s just not as great as you would like it to be. Maybe it’s not exactly what you were hoping for when you decided to rip down your original shack and go through all the work of rebuilding.
Now that things have settled and you are confident in your emotional well-being, you’re starting to think that you deserve that gorgeous living room after all and are willing to put forth the effort to make it happen.
Redecorate
In the Redecorate program, you’ll spend two months doing small daily assignments (and some larger ones) that will slowly but surely move you towards the life you dream of creating. This is a gentle program – including a rest day weekly, and some time to get acclimated to the program and the tools we’ll be playing with.
The Redecorate program incorporates all the passionate light-you-up fun of the Rekindle Your Passion program and adds in structures to evaluate your life and make small tweaks to bring more daily joy. You already have the strength, self-awareness and tools from therapy to make major changes. This program helps you make the smaller changes – the ones that can take an ordinary day and turn it into an adventure of delight.
Enjoy the little things in life because one day you`ll look back and realize they were the big things.
― Kurt Vonnegut

Frequently Asked Questions
If you have a question, please check out the following answers. If your question is not answered here, please email me at liz@soul-warriors.com and I’ll be happy to answer it for you.
I haven’t done any therapy yet, but this sounds like the right program for me – can I still sign up?
Anyone is welcome to take this program. While I believe the ideal time to take it is after you have completed therapy and feel emotionally well, without any major areas of life that are not satisfying to you, you can take it at any time.
This is awesome, but I don’t think I even have construction finished yet – do you have something even more in depth than this?
Yes – both of my longer programs incorporate the Redecorate program – after we’ve finished building out your house. You can check out the Renovation program (six months long, where we focus on one particular area of your life for the duration) or the year long Transformation program, where we work on each one of “the big four” areas – money, body, relationships, purpose.
This “Life as a House” idea is interesting, but I’d like to know more about it before making a decision – is there a way to learn more?
Absolutely – you can sign up here for instant access to a full hour-long webinar discussing these concepts in way greater detail.
What is your refund policy for the Redecorate program?
You are welcome to cancel the Redecorate program within the first 15 days of purchase for a full refund. After 15 days, no refunds will be offered.
I already took Rekindle Your Passion and loved it – will I get anything out of Redecorate?
Absolutely – think of taking that awareness of delights from the Daily Passion Sparks and systematically applying them to your life. Rekindle Your Passion is built to raise your awareness and show you how easy it is to add enjoyment to your everyday life. Redecorate is built to help you take that enjoyment and apply it to some of the major areas of life – relationships, money, self-care, work, and time/schedule. The program does weave in Daily Passion Sparks, so you will be revisiting them. I definitely don’t want you to pay for the Rekindle Your Passion course twice though! If you have taken Rekindle Your Passion and would like to sign up for Redecorate, please contact me so I can send you a manual PayPal invoice for the current Redecorate investment less the current Rekindle Your Passion cost.
What happens if I have to miss our session?
You can cancel/reschedule a session anytime up to 48 hours in advance. In the beginning of the program, we will establish a back up plan in case you need to cancel within 48 hours – options include email coaching or an intuitive reading with email summary. I also understand that sometimes emergencies happen- if something dire happened right before our session and you couldn’t make it, please contact me directly.
How do we meet?
We meet on the phone (via a US dial-in phone number) or through Skype video or audio.
What is your schedule like?
Right now, I have available coaching hours on Thursday nights, Pacific Standard Time, and Saturday mornings and afternoons.
